Caleigh Furlong

Caleigh has rich 25 years of experience in the field of education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities in Education from California State Chico and has a proven track record of fostering academic excellence and community engagement. As the Director of our schools, Caleigh is responsible for ensuring the high quality of teaching standards and programs. Caleigh is from California and has been teaching abroad for over 13 years. She began her overseas experience teaching in South Korea before coming to Warsaw, where she has been since 2013. Prior to her overseas teaching, Caleigh taught English as a subject matter in California, Oklahoma and Kansas, including a few years teaching English as foreign language to adults in California. Her experience has encompassed teaching kindergarten to high school aged students, adult English learners, drama, speech and debate, and music education. Outside of school, Caleigh enjoys traveling, cooking, and gathering with friends, which she believes contributes to a well-rounded and balanced life. She is also actively involved in the charity Smile Warsaw, working with other expat volunteers, businesses, embassies and social organizations to help the homeless and less fortunate of Warsaw.

Stephen Trimble

Stephen Trimble is British and comes from Belfast, Northern Ireland, from a family with an educational tradition (Stephen’s uncle, David Trimble, was nationwide well-regarded professor and politician and Nobel award winner). Stephen is a steel construction engineer by education, but he quickly left this professional path for his true passion: educating kids. Stephen has been teaching children in Warsaw since 2001. He started in a full immersion kindergarten and after a few years set up his own school, UK School, where he tested his innovative approach to the full language immersion. In his lessons, Stephen emphasizes mutual respect, full English immersion, and the introduction of students to Northern Irish culture. He believes that immersing students in the language and culture is key to their language acquisition and understanding of the world around them. Stephen is a decisive and people-oriented teacher who is known for his ability to inspire and motivate students. He creates a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. Over 700 students have been educated by Stephen since the beginning of his teaching. Stephen has a great attitude towards children, privately he is a father of three.
Sheree Nicholson

Sheree Nicholson comes from the Great White North, Canada, but has been living in Europe for the past five years. She has a bachelors in Criminology, and a masters in International, Social Welfare and Health Policy. An avid arts-and-craftswoman by day, and a tireless movie enthusiast by night. She has been teaching English for the past two years and has lived in highly diverse international environments. From Oslo, Norway to Warsaw, Poland, Sheree has accumulated a unique set of experiences and perspectives that allow her to come up with inclusive solutions to meet the educational needs of all her students. Do not be fooled by the places she’s lived, though! Despite having weathered all the negative temperatures in these cold, dark and snowy countries, her warm, positive and forthcoming personality resonates in the classroom and brings out the best in even the most reticent of students. Her creative approach to lessons spells anything but boredom!
David Smith

David is a British/Nigerian who spent the first half of his life in the United Kingdom. He is a dedicated and professional online/private English Teacher with over 4 year extensive experience as an ESL. His teaching audience cuts across all ages, from kids, teenagers to adults. He is a Chemical Engineer and Financial Analyst by education, but his passion for impacting knowledge drew him closer to the teaching world. He also holds the position as an Online educator with a growing YouTube channel dedicated to education. David’s approach to teaching is founded on the premise of inclusion, participation and practicality.

With a wealth of international experience, Noma has au paired in both America and Oman, and lived in China, enriching her teaching with a unique and dynamic global perspective. Noma holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology and a TEFL certificate, demonstrating her strong academic foundation and commitment to language education. Her diverse experiences abroad have equipped her with an exceptional understanding of different cultures and teaching methodologies, allowing her to connect with students from all walks of life. Passionate about creativity, Noma infuses her lessons with her love for art, writing, and cooking. Whether she’s crafting a lesson plan, painting a canvas, or experimenting in the kitchen, her creative flair shines through, making her classes both engaging and inspiring. Noma’s innovative approach to teaching not only fosters a love for the English language but also encourages students to express themselves creatively and confidently.

David Prior, a native of Ireland, is a seasoned ESL instructor who holds a TEFL certification and has been teaching for over 17 years. He is committed to making the learning experience as enjoyable and engaging as possible, using games and fun activities to teach his students. David firmly believes that learning is easier when it’s enjoyable. David’s passion for teaching extends beyond just the English language. He enjoys teaching his students about his culture and learning about theirs. He has taught students of various ages, from young children to adults, and has earned a reputation for creating stimulating and entertaining lessons that inspire growth and learning. In his free time, David indulges in a variety of hobbies such as art, cooking, and fishing. He is also an ardent rugby fan and enjoys reading about the sport. With his diverse interests and love for sharing his culture, David is a valuable asset to any classroom

Catalina González
Spanish Native Speaker Educator
Catalina comes from Bogotá, the vibrant heart of Colombia. She is a psychologist, currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Catalina has been working with children and teenagers for the last 4 years, striving for youngsters’ wellbeing and development from different perspectives, including language learning. She has experience teaching English to native Spanish speaking adults and teenagers, as well as doing language proficiency screening for almost 3 years, for both English and Spanish. Catalina holds ELE Certification for teaching Spanish as foreign language issued by the prestigious Instituto Cervantes. Her multicultural experiences have shown her the power of language learning for building bridges across cultures, broadening world perspectives, and mobilizing frontiers. Catalina believes in the classroom as a space not only for academic development, but also for personal growth. Her deep love for Latin American culture makes her bring the characteristic Colombian joy, cheerfulness and warmth into her daily interactions.
